HOT VINYASA

TUESDAYS

8 - 9 AM

at O2 Living 

Hot Vinyasa is a vigorously paced yoga flow in a room heated to about 95-100 degrees. Practicing yoga in a hot room increases heart rates for a more intense workout, and allows muscles to loosen. The challenge will leave you feeling sweaty but invigorated. All levels welcome.

HEATED VINYASA

WEDNESDAYS

9:30 - 10:45 AM 

at O2 Living

Heated Vinyasa connects one posture to the next, using the breath to move & settle you. In a room heated to about 80-85 degrees, students will be asked to bring their attention to moving gracefully and skillfully. The variation of each class includes vigorous and slower flows, standing postures, backbends, forward bends, seated postures, balance poses and twists. All levels are welcome. 

RESTORATIVE
THURSDAYS
4:15 - 5:15 PM

at Plank Ridgefield

Restorative Yoga is a gentle, slow-paced practice that focuses on relaxing the mind and the body as a way of relieving stress. In this passive practice, you’ll use props to support your body in comfortable poses that are held for several minutes. Restorative is a wonderful practice to add to your workout week.

All levels welcome.
